Detective Dakkota is in charge of figuring out what gang has been braking into homes and stealing valuables and lots of money and she thinks if she sets a trap for one of the burglars she can get that person to turn and get enough evidence to finally crack the case and bust the entire gang. So a stakeout has been set and the burglar Mia Rush is falling for her trap. As she is caught The Boss comes in to rescue her from Dakkota and as Dakkota is made to strip down to her bra and panties Mia goes to get ready for her escape.
